The firm of Criado & Associates, Inc. provides a broad range of consulting services in the area of Civil Engineering & Land Surveying, including transportation planning and design, hydraulic analysis, land development projects and municipal design projects. Criado & Associates is based in Dallas, Texas, and currently employs three Professional Engineers and one Professional Land Surveyor, all registered in the State of Texas. The firm is certified as a DBE with NCTRCA and as a HUB with the State of Texas.

The firm was founded in October 2001 by Cristina Criado, a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.FIRM'S EXPERTISE Transportation Roadway Design, Schematic Alignments and Planning, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) for both new and rehabilitation projects. We provide Horizontal and Vertical Geometric Design, Typical Sections, Level of Service Analyses, Quantities and Cost Estimates, General Notes and Specifications, Cross Sections, Paving and Grading Plans, Traffic Control Plans, Signing and Pavement Marking, Misc. Roadway Design, Hydraulic Design, Drainage Reports and Drawings. Land Development: Industrial, commercial, retail and residential projects. We provide the required Civil Engineering Services to design a site ranging from a small one building site to a large industrial park. Our design services include: Domestic Water, Wastewater, Drainage and Paving. Municipal, Water Line Alignment Studies.
